In accordance with the Constitution and Rules of the COMET BAY BOWLING CLUB (INC), I hereby apply for election as a Full, Social Playing, Social or Junior Member.

I agree that….

I will pay my subscriptions and levies within one calendar month of acceptance of my application and will conform with and be bound by the Constitution on By-Laws of the COMET BAY BOWLING CLUB. The CBBC Constitution and By_Laws can be viewed at the club by request or found here on this web page.

A NOMINATION FEE OF $20 MUST ACCOMPANY THIS APPLICATION

Comet Bay Bowling Club has 4 types of membership. Listed are the types and attributes of each.

Full Membership

  • All voting rights
  • Eligible for Pennants
  • Can play in all club tournaments and social bowls
  • Listed with WA Bowls with all the rights associated with that organisation
  • Can practice anytime during day light hours when there is neither pennants nor social bowling being played
  • Costs $180 p/a

Social Playing

  • Ineligible to vote or to play Pennants
  • Can play in all social bowling events including intra-club events
  • Is not listed with WA Bowls
  • Can practice anytime during day light hours when there is neither pennants nor social bowling being played
  • Costs $100 p/a

Social

  • No voting rights
  • Ineligible to play
  • Can attend all club social events
  • Costs $25 p/a

Junior

  • Must be under the age of 21
  • No voting rights
  • Has the playing rights of a full member including practice times
  • Costs $40 p/a

Payments to join require a $20 non refundable application fee for anyone who has previously not been a member of any type with the Comet Bay Bowling Club. This application form is for those.
